Jack M. Jacobson, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Jacobson is a native of Brownfield, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science from Texas A & M University in 1953 and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Galveston in 1957. He completed his internship at U. S. Public Health Service in Seattle, Washington. He finished his general surgery residency at Veterans Adminstration Hospital in Wichita, Kansas and his residency in urology at Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.

Dr. Jacobson was in private practice from 1964 to 1979 in Ventura County, California. He has been in private practice with Urology Associates of Williamson County, in Round Rock, Texas, since 1984. He taught at Texas A & M University as clinical instructor in urology and associate professor of urology from 1980 to 1983.

Dr. Jacobson is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is also a member of the following medical associations:

American Urological Association, South Central Section
Texas Urological Association
Travis County Medical Association
St John's Hospital (Chief of Staff from 1975-1976)
Round Rock Hospital (Chief of Staff from 1986-1987)
